Enterprise Mobile (New World) Training

Major Hines will be conducting training on the New World Mobile software at the detention center training room beginning at 0900 hrs. This class is specifically for new patrol deputies, certified detention deputies, and supervisors, but is open to all certified personnel who wish to have more training, or a refresher on Field Reports and/or Mobile CAD. If necessary, there will be a supervisors’ breakout session afterwards to go over approving field reports.
All certified detention deputies who wish to have access to Field Reports are required to attend this training before being granted access to Mobile. Sign up through Training, as normal. Please have all requests turned over to Training by the Friday prior to the week of the scheduled class. A confirmation email will be sent to you. If you haven’t received a confirmation email the Friday before the class starts, please reach out to training.
