Spaulding first and must provide valid Georgia Driver\u2019s License or Georgia ID): FREE<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fingerprinting General Information<br \/>\n<\/strong>The Programs Department at the Barrow County Detention Center processes Ink Fingerprinting at a charge of $15 for two cards.
