Inmates will have access to digital copies of the appropriate scanned mail via inmate kiosks or issued devices. (See details below for Tech Friends Mail Scanning Policies and Procedures Document)<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>To send inmate&#8217;s personal mail:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All inmate mail will be sent to a central processing facility, not the jail where the inmate is housed. At the processing facility, mail will be opened, scanned, and sent electronically\/emailed to the inmate at the jail facility.<br \/>\nAll personal inmate mail shall be <em>mailed to<\/em> the following address as listed:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 JailATM.com-Barrow County Detention Center<br \/>\n\u2022 Inmate Name \/ Inmate Number<br \/>\n\u2022 925B Peachtree St. NE, Box 2062<br \/>\n\u2022 Atlanta, GA 30309<\/p>\n<p>All inmate mail must be in the form of a plain white post card with postage embossed, pre-printed or ink stamped, that comply with current US Postal Service regulations.
