Postcards are to be at least 3 x 5 inches and no larger than 4 x 6 inches, written in blue or black ink. Postcards must have a complete return name and address. Postcards must be plain and white.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>UNACCEPTABLE<\/strong> <\/span>postcards will be returned to the sender. Types of unacceptable postcards are as follows, but not limited to:<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Greeting cards, holiday cards and birthday cards or colorful postcards<br \/>\n\u00b7 Defaced or altered postcards<br \/>\n\u00b7 Plastic or wrappings on postcards<br \/>\n\u00b7 Postcards with glued or taped material<br \/>\n\u00b7 Postcards marked with paint, magic markers or crayons<br \/>\n\u00b7 Postcards with stickers or labels, including address labels<br \/>\n\u00b7 Postcards with watermarks or stained in any manner<br \/>\n\u00b7 Postcards with any biohazards, including lipstick and perfumes<br \/>\n\u00b7 Postcards with sexually explicit language, pictures and\/or gestures<br \/>\n\u00b7 Oversized postcards<br \/>\n\u00b7 Postcards written in code<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Money Order Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">ONLY MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED.<\/span> If letter or photographs are contained in the envelope, all contents except the money order will be returned to sender. Money orders will be accepted through the mail ONLY.
