Our deputies traditionally attempt to serve papers during normal business hours Monday through Friday, but can occasionally accommodate you by making service attempts at other non-traditional hours if you wish.<\/p>\n<p>If you come home and find a yellow \u201cdoor hanger\u201d card on your front door, it means that the Civil\/Transport Unit of the Sheriff\u2019s Office has attempted to serve you with a document from the Court. The yellow card itself contains only information identifying the deputy attempting the service and the patrol zone in which you live.
