Paper applications should be filled out and completed with all required signatures, attached documentation, and notarizations before submission to the Sheriff’s Office. Applications can be completed digitally via Adobe Acrobat Reader. Paper applications should be submitted to Captain Scott Royles via email to scott.royles@barrowsheriff.com or in person at 233 East Broad Street, Winder, GA 30680.
